We conduct an asset search to ensure the judgment can be satisfied. 

We then determine the collectability. 

We then negotiate our fee that is paid upon satisfaction. 

Once the fee is agreed, we send you an Agreement for Assignment which gives us legal right to collect on the judgment. 

We then figure the best legal enforcement strategy. 

Once the debtor pays us, we send you a check for the agreed upon amount as listed in the Agreement for Assignment.

VA & Associates LLC never charges you an upfront fee. We also pay all court filing fees. If we don't collect, we don't get paid.
